Visa: A visa for entry into Côte d'Ivoire is required. All participants must contact the embassy or consulate in their respective countries. In the event, if a diplomatic representation of Côte d'Ivoire is not present in the country of residence, participants are advised to contact the Permanent Mission of Côte d'Ivoire to the United Nations in New York for further assistance. Health Requirements: All participants are required to undertake in advance before travel vaccination against yellow fever (some airlines may require a valid international vaccination ceritifcate for yellow fever). Visit the WHO website for further information. Hotel Accommodation: All delegations will be staying at the "Hôtel Président" and the "Hôtel des Députés". The host country will be offering hospitality (lodging and meals) to Ministers/Heads of delegation plus two (2) members of each participating delegation. Preferential rates will be offered to delegations with more than three participants. Registration and Accreditation: Participants must fill in the Application Form for Accreditation (Word format | Acrobat format) and submit it to the G-77 secretariat not later than 23 May 2008 with an official notification of attendance to the following address: The Group of 77
